Rainwater harvesting & Irrigation Systems

Rainwater harvesting has been used by civilization for a very long time. Capturing and storing rain water for irrigation, washing clothes, flushing toilets is common nowadays.

There are a few basic components needed for  rain water harvesting these include: rainwater tank, plumbing, filters and pump.

If setup with decent rain water harvesting system you will be able to use it as an off-grid or as an alternative supply of water. Remote areas without municipal water use these systems as their only supply of water.

With the rising costs and poor quality of municipal water, more household are adapting to either full off grid or at least a backup water supply or a rain water tank feeding from the roof gutters.

With the advancing of technology and UV Water Filtration Systems rain water can be drinkable.
